Shelf life Keep chilled 4°C for 14 days. Frozen -18°C for 1 month.
Once open, use within 7 days.
Serve dry: Bring a large pot of water to the boil. When the water starts boiling, add in one serving of noodles and spread them out with a pair of chopsticks. Cook for 60 seconds, remove and shake off any excess water. Toss in serving sauce and serve immediately. In a broth: Cook noodles in boiling water for 50 seconds, remove and serve with broth. Enjoy.
