A natural product from the region of Kampot in Cambodia, this delicate salt is hand harvested (using a special rake) from the surface of the sea-water ponds as the water evaporates and fine, light salt crystals form on the surface in plates, called Salt Flowers. Kampot Flower Salt has a mild salt flavor, and is best used as a finishing salt to enhance any gourmet meal.
