Ingredients

Noodle sauce

2-3 Tbsp Fish Sauce (Use chinese fish sauce)

1-2 Tbsp Black Vinegar

1 Tbsp Onion or Lard Oil

2-3 fish balls and fish cakes slices

2 prawns
-
1-2 leaf of lettuce

Spring onions as garnish
Method
- In a pot of boiling water, blanch fish balls and fish cakes and boil prawns till cooked. Set aside.
- Discard water and boil 450ml of water.
- Prepare the noodle sauces on a plate. Mix well.
- Once water is boiling, cook Handpicked Mee Pok for 20 seconds. Loosen mee pok with chopsticks. Remove and shake off excess water.
- Combine cooked mee pok with noodle sauce. Mix well. Add all your cooked ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
