Method

  1. In a pot of boiling water, blanch fish balls and fish cakes and boil prawns till cooked. Set aside.
  2. Discard water and boil 450ml of water.
  3. Prepare the noodle sauces on a plate. Mix well.
  4. Once water is boiling, cook Handpicked Mee Pok for 20 seconds. Loosen mee pok with chopsticks. Remove and shake off excess water.
  5. Combine cooked mee pok with noodle sauce. Mix well. Add all your cooked ingredients.
  6. Serve immediately.
